A BLUE Seat Leon estate was stolen from outside a home in Castletroy late last month.
According to Garda John Finnerty, Henry Street Garda Station, the theft took place after 2am on Thursday September 19 outside a private residence in River Mews, Woodhaven, Castletroy.
Garda Finnerty said the thief “made his way inside and stole the car keys belong to a blue Seat Leon Estate which was owned by the family and was parked outside”.
He noted that officers have no information on which direction the stolen car travelled in.
Investigating Gardaí in Castleconnell (061 337 105) are appealing for any information form the public which may lead to the vehicle’s recovery.
