SEVERAL greyhounds delivered electrifying performances in their pursuit of the prestigious €80,000 prize in the second round of the Con and Annie Kirby Memorial at Limerick at the weekend.

Among the standout performances of the night, Toolmaker Joseph (nominator: Pallasgreen GAA) stole the show with a blistering run, securing back-to-back victories and leading home a one-two finish for his trainer, Robert Gleeson.

Other impressive performances included Faypoint Ranger, who spearheaded a fine double for two-time winner Graham Holland alongside Brideside Bill, and Lemon Joey, who continued his unbeaten streak with a dominant trap-to-line victory.
