Earth-focused Adare businesswoman in the running for prestigious award

ADARE businesswoman Aoife McNamara from has been shortlisted for the Future ESG Leader Award.

Aoife has been recognised as a finalist in the Business and Finance ESG Awards 2025, in association with Grant Thornton.

The fashion designer is the propriestor of Aoife’s Cottage in Adare, with a collection described as “earth focused”, sustainable, and based on modern heritage designs,.

The awards celebrate organisations that are making a real impact in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, and this year has seen a record-breaking number of entries.

A key highlight of this year’s event will be the presentation of the ESG Leader Award to Mary Robinson, honouring her lifelong commitment to sustainability, climate justice, and social equity.

The winners will be revealed at a special lunch awards ceremony on April 10 at The Mansion House, Dublin.
