The album draws from a rich tapestry of influences, reflecting her Appalachian roots and her experiences touring across the United States and beyond.
In a recent rallying call to her followers, Blanton invited those feeling “depressed or anxious or overwhelmed” to join her at the upcoming show, promising an evening where attendees can “mourn and organise,” singing songs of hope and resistance together.
