MUNSTER suffered a slender 28-25 URC loss at champions Glasgow Warriors on Friday night.

This despite good tries from Seán O’Brien (2) and John Hodnett, and 10 points off the tee through Tony Butler and Rory Scannell.

The visitors were reduced early on to 14 men after Fineen Wycherley received a yellow card following an illegal lift on Alex Samuel.

Munster were 15-14 ahead at half-time, and for much of the second-half until the concession of a couple of tries near the finish.
