Mairead Kelly, Senior Health Promotion and Improvement Officer, emphasized the webinar’s importance: “Menopause is a normal and natural life transition for women. At the same time, not all women experience it in the same way or at the same pace – which is why we called the webinar Menopause and Me. We hope that by watching this webinar, women will be inspired to prioritise healthy eating, physical activity, and their mental and emotional health, all of which can support them through this life phase.”

Niamh Wallace, Head of Service for Health and Wellbeing in the HSE Mid West, added: “We are delighted to host the upcoming Menopause and Me webinar. We have a great line up of speakers to share their knowledge and expertise. We’ll also hear from women across the Mid West who will share their experiences of menopause. I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone who is participating and look to seeing you all on the 12th February.”
