MIC students given GAA bursaries for outstanding achievements

The nine MIC students were honoured for their achievements in the world of gaelic games.

NINE sporty Mary Immaculate College (MIC) students have been given GAA bursaries in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the world of gaelic games.

Caoimhe O’Donoghue, Lydia McDonagh, Emma D’Arcy, Joe Caesar, Vince Harrington, Niamh Dunne, Sarah Ryan, Daire Culligan, and Cian Scully were all awarded bursaries, worth €750 each, by MIC.

The bursaries are awarded to students who have excelled within the arena of intervarsity, club, county, or regional gaelic games, and highlight MIC’s commitment to supporting the development of its students in their sporting pursuits, alongside their academic studies.

The MIC College Awards Ceremony saw almost 150 students, graduates, and alumni being recognised.
