A LIMERICK auctioneer has announced the acquisition of a Galway real estate agent as part of its continued expansion.

Rooney Auctioneers Limerick has acquired Rooney Auctioneers Galway as part of the company’s ongoing growth.

The strategic move is aimed at strengthening Rooney’s presence and commitment to delivering exceptional property services across Ireland, a statement from the company said.

As part of the move, Ronan Rooney will remain involved in a constituency capacity, bringing more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry.

Over the course of his career, Mr Rooney has specialised in rent reviews, arbitrations, and compulsory purchase orders.
