PEOPLE IN LIMERICK are urged to take advantage of services offered by Turn2Me, a national mental health charity that provides free, professional mental health services online, including counselling sessions, support groups, and tools like meditation and mood tracking.
The services are available for anyone in Limerick who may be feeling lonely, to combat seasonal depression, or to improve work-life balance.
Fiona O’Malley, CEO of Turn2Me, said: “The financial strain, social pressure, and even loneliness that often come with the festive season can take a toll on mental health.”
