GARDAÍ in Limerick are appealing for information after a pedestrian was injured in a hit and run in Parteen Sunday January 12.
The incident happened on the R464 near Parteen, when a car, which was travelling towards Limerick at the time, hit a pedestrian and failed to stop.
The incident happened at approximately 6.30pm on January 12, and Gardaí believe that the car is a small one, which may have some damage to it following the incident.
The pedestrian received medical treatment and is now on the road to recovery.
