THE 2025 ENGINE short film scheme is now open for applications for local filmmakers looking to make their mark in the new year.
The training programme invites emerging filmmakers from across the Mid West to take part, and will commission up to six short films to be made across the region in 2025.
The scheme in previous years has help produce a wide range of short films, including For The Land Is Mine (pictured above), which have screened in London, Belfast, Chicago, and the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.
