SEVEN Limerick players have been named on the GAA.ie Hurling Team of the Last 25 Years, as announced over the festive period.
The starting quartet is that of Effinโs Nickie Quaid, Seรกn Finn (Bruff), inspirational captain Declan Hannon of Adare, and Cian Lynch, Patrickswell.
Three players, namely Barry Nash (South Liberties), Gearรณid Hegarty of St Patrickโs, and the โWellโs Aaron Gillane were chosen among the reserves.
