New homes for low income buyers launched in Knocklong

The new homes are available in Knocklong.

NEW HOMES, available to first time buyers at a discounted rate, have been launched by Limerick City and County Council in Knocklong.

The three and four-bedroom homes were delivered on the New Build Incremental Purchase Scheme, allowing working families on HAP or RAS to transition from private rental to homeownership at a lower rate.

The homes are situated at Baker Place, on Bridge Street, and are available to prospective purchasers at a 40 to 60 per cent discount, depending on income criteria.

Three three-bedroom and one four-bedroom homes are on offer for โ‚ฌ120,000 to โ‚ฌ210,000, depending on income.

Interested people can apply for the scheme online until January 10 with their completed application form and mortgage approval on Limerick.ie/Starter-New-Home-Purchase.
