New homes for low income buyers launched in Knocklong

The new homes are available in Knocklong.

NEW HOMES, available to first time buyers at a discounted rate, have been launched by Limerick City and County Council in Knocklong.

The three and four-bedroom homes were delivered on the New Build Incremental Purchase Scheme, allowing working families on HAP or RAS to transition from private rental to homeownership at a lower rate.

The homes are situated at Baker Place, on Bridge Street, and are available to prospective purchasers at a 40 to 60 per cent discount, depending on income criteria.

Three three-bedroom and one four-bedroom homes are on offer for €120,000 to €210,000, depending on income.

Interested people can apply for the scheme online until January 10 with their completed application form and mortgage approval on Limerick.ie/Starter-New-Home-Purchase.
