AS 2024 draws to a close, so does Fiona Doyle’s year at the helm of Network Ireland Limerick.
Ms Doyle has handed over her chains to incoming president, renowned Limerick soprano Eve Stafford, who will take over the role in January.
The outgoing president’s final event at the helm was the annual President’s Dinner, held at the Strand Hotel, celebrating the achievements of Network Ireland Limerick throughout the years.
The event highlighted the network’s progress, meaningful collaborations, and shared commitment to supporting women in business and beyond.
The President’s Dinner featured an address by Dr Úna Ní Bhroiméil, who reflected on the evolving role of women in society, drawing on her extensive research.
Outgoing Network Ireland Limerick President Fiona Doyle said that the event was a good time to reflect on the journey over the past year.
“This year has been an unforgettable journey. Together, we have built a supportive community that inspires, uplifts, and empowers each of us to reach new heights,” she said.
Ms Doyle added that “the connections we’ve formed and the support we’ve offered one another have been truly heartwarming. Thank you to our members, sponsors, and committee for making this year such a success.”
Soprano singer Eve Stafford, who served as vice-president this past year, will take over in the president’s role in January.
