A TRIO of Limerick music enthusiasts have come together to create a heartfelt arrangement of the classic Christmas carol, ‘Oh Holy Night’, in aid of the Children’s Health Foundation (CHF).

Alicja Rogal, Matthew Pellicano, and Anna Banko Szumacher, have created a GoFundMe page with a beautiful video and recording of the classic carol, which has been given a Polish twist.

CHF is dedicated to improving the lives of sick children and their families across Ireland. Their efforts range from funding life-saving medical equipment and pioneering research to providing essential support services for parents and young patients.

“Music has always been a source of comfort and inspiration for us,” said Limerick musician Alicja Rogal. “This Christmas, we wanted to use our talents to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families who are facing challenging times.”

Every donation received from the festive initiative will go directly to benefit the little patients and their families who depend on the services of CHI hospitals and urgent care centres in Temple Street, Crumlin, Connolly, and Tallaght.

“We believe that helping others is one of the greatest gifts we can give,” added Matthew Pellicano.

“As Jeff Warner beautifully said, ‘We are not put on this earth for ourselves, but are placed here for each other. If you are there always for others, then in time of need, someone will be there for you.'”
