GARDA vetting has taken on a whole new approach for the this festive season this year, with community policing officers in Limerick helping prove to Santa who on Shannonside has been naughty and who has made the nice list.
In partnership with An Post, officers working the beat in the community policing van in Limerick City have been providing nice list recommendations to Santa to all the good boys and girls across the county.
The certificates, available from the community policing van which has been regularly parked up in the city, serve in recognition of good behaviour and kindness throughout the year, with Gardaí giving a firm stamp of approval for the bearer to get their names onto Santa’s nice list.
