HOME Instead is shining a spotlight on the unique and diverse backgrounds of its team of over 4,000 caregivers during CAREGiver Culture Week this week.

The weeklong campaign focuses on the many different cultures represented by Home Instead’s caregivers, who come from over 68 different countries.

Home Instead Limerick general manager Brian O’Sullivan said the company is “incredibly proud of our caregivers and CAREGiver Culture Week is a celebration of these wonderful people and what makes them who they are”.

During the week, Home Instead will be showcasing its caregivers on online platforms and hosting special events in offices across the country to allow these individuals to share what inspires their kind and caring nature.

“What has been apparent in all our conversations with CAREGivers is how both caring and respect, particularly for older people, are central themes across cultures,” Brian continued.
