The ISPCA has issued tips and advice to pet owners ahead of Halloween, to help keep pets safe during what can be a stressful time for them.
The ISPCA says it has been working in partnership with Interchem, using their scientifically backed products on rescued animals such as Adaptil, Feliway, and precision microbes to help support their wellbeing “and they’ve proven to be incredibly effective”.
Animals such as hedgehogs go into hibernation at this time of year, so it’s important to check underneath piles of wood, scrub, and leaves for wildlife before lighting any bonfires.
