Funding boost for Limerick-based youth organisation

Limerick-based Narrative 4 has been awarded €180,000 under the Shared Island Initiative.

TAOISEACH Simon Harris announced €180,000 in funding for one Limerick-based youth organisation as part of the Shared Island Initiative.

The funding was announced for Narrative 4, a national youth organisation based in Limerick, who intends to use the funding to expand its community work nationwide, including the ‘Living Legend’ storytelling project recounting tales from both sides of the border in Ireland.

Narrative 4 is one of six projects nationally to receive funding under the scheme, which the Taoiseach hopes “will generate new connections between our young people and help create a shared future on this island”.
