DR BRIGHID Golden, a Cratloe native and lecturer at Mary Immaculate College, has launched Curious and Critical GCE, a new podcast series exploring global citizenship education (GCE).
Funded by the DICE Project and supported by Irish Aid, the 12-episode series accompanies the academic’s recently published book, Curious Teachers, Critical Classrooms, featuring educators and sharing insights on GCE’s role in curricula.
Available on Spotify and local station Wired 99.9FM, the podcast aims to provide accessible learning materials for students and teachers alike.
The first episode, out now, features Ciara Regan from human rights education organisation 80:20.
