MUNSTER are still reeling from their shock 42-33 URC loss to Zebre at Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi, Parma.

The visitors were a comfortable 13 points ahead at the interval, but ultimately succumbed to a side that were given little, if any, chance of victory before the outing.

Former club great Donncha O’Callagan described the performance as “totally unacceptable”.

He told RTÉ Sport that “the amount of errors, the amount of poor performances, the amount of individual sloppy mistakes was just totally unacceptable”.

“It is great for our league, it is brilliant to see Zebre coming on but Munster will look back on that and they should be embarrassed with that performance.”
