“BITA is and to coin a phrase, “Oxygen for Business” we pride ourselves on our values and are the People who know People who help People, during this afternoon you will hear and see this in action”.
The British Irish Trading Alliance is a non-profit making organisation that encourages its members to build relationships to generate business through networking, educational and social events held in both Ireland and the UK and now developing strong business and economic ties across the world.
Board members from across the country gathered for the event, at the Innovate Centre in Cecil Street.“Coming to an event like this can be daunting and sometimes you might not know anyone but what new members have found is that it doesn’t matter and people are interested in getting to know you and help you build those relationships, finding out what business you can do together after and follow up is the key to a success,” the Chair said.
“Our chapters work in unison across the world, BITA members open gateways with their networks for your business. Other organisations do support members and offer guidance, but BITA are far more proactive in making the introductions that business may need.“
Businesses do not necessarily have the option to do this themselves, this is where the value of BITA membership lies. Members say that being in BITA is one of the core marketing strategies in their businesses”.
