AS PART of the Culture Night 2024 offering this Friday (September 20), there will be something very special in store for those looking to let the cúpla focal wash over them.

‘Teach – House’, an evening of live bi-lingual poetry reading set to the sounds of a newly-composed score, will take place at the Dooradoyle Library.

The evening, which aims to celebrate the Irish language and Ireland’s long cultural links with music and the written word, will be hosted by Emer O’Flaherty and Joanne Callinan and feature live music and poetry never before performed.

The live showcase will kick off at the Dooradoyle Library from 5pm this September 20.
