Missing Limerick teen may have travelled to North Dublin

GARDAÍ in Limerick have issued a public appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a teenage boy who has been missing from his home for almost two weeks.

A statement from An Garda Síochána this Monday morning (September 16) issued a plea for public assistance in locating Tiege (Tadgh) Hart, from Raheen in County Limerick.

Gardaí believe the missing teen may have travelled to North Dublin.

The 17-year-old, according to Gardaí, has been missing from his Raheen home since just before noon on Thursday September 5.

Now, almost two seeks since he was last seen, Gardaí are appealing to the public for any information which may lead to locating the teen safe and sound.

The Garda statement described Tiege as being approximately 5’ 6’’ in height, of slim build, with brown hair and green eyes.

A Garda spokeswoman said that “when last seen, Tiege (Tadgh) was wearing a dark green/blue Under Armour tracksuit, blue t-shirt, and multi-coloured trainers”.

The spokeswoman added that the teen is “known to frequent the Dooradoyle area of Limerick City, and the Blanchardstown and Finglas areas of Dublin”.

“It is believed that Tiege (Tadgh) may have travelled to the Dublin area.”
