Limerick SFC knock-out stages to wind up this weekend

THE line-up for the knock-out stages of the Limerick Senior Football Championship will be completed this weekend.

Already assured of places in the next phase are holders Newcastle West, Fr Casey’s, and Galtee Gaels from Group Two, along with Mungret St Paul’s from Group One.

There is a three-way battle between Adare, St Kieran’s, and Na Piarsaigh for the remaining two places in the latter group, with the former pair anticipated to come through.

The two stand-out fixtures in the coming days are Fr Casey’s versus Galtee Gaels at LIT on Friday (7.30pm) and St Kieran’s against Mungret St Paul’s at Seán Finn Park, Rathkeale on Saturday (5pm).
