Driver found to be in possession of heroin when pulled over by Gardaí in Limerick City

A DRIVER got far more than he bargained for when he was pulled over by Gardaí for driving erratically in Limerick City.

According to a post on the official Facebook page for An Garda Síochána in Limerick, the driver was found with a quantity of suspected heroin when he was stopped by officers.

“Gardaí recently stopped a driver on New Street in Limerick City after they saw him driving erratically,” the online post read.

“Turned out he was disqualified, uninsured, and after a quick search of the car we discovered a dozen wraps of suspected heroin.”
