IN a dress rehearsal of their upcoming FAI Quarter-Final (September 15), Limerick’s Treaty United suffered a 3-1 First Division defeat at the hands of Wexford FC at the Markets Field.

The outcome is a setback for Tommy Barrett’s side in a quest for a promotion play-off position.

Treaty are away to Bray on Friday.

In the Women’s Premier Division, Treaty will aim to put the disappointment of a slender 2-1 FAI Cup home quarter-final loss behind them with a result against Cork City at the Markets Field on Saturday.
