A NEW pedestrian crossing, along with other road infrastructure, has been mooted for Caherline Village.

Limerick City and County Council has given notice of its intention to install a new crossing, kerbing, and footpaths on the L5128/L5129 and L5072 at Caherline Village.

New tactile paving and road markings would also be installed by the Council as part of the proposed works.

Details of the proposal can be found in the Kilmallock Area Office (Railway Road) until August 30, as well as on mypoint.limerick.ie.

The Council will be taking submissions from the public on the proposed works up until 5pm on August 30.
