Submissions sought on Limerick Council’s draft Traveller Accommodation Programme

MEMBERS of the public are invited to make submissions on Limerick City and County Council’s new draft Traveller Accommodation Programme, which outlines the local authority’s preliminary plans over the next five years.

The Council has yet to adopt the programme and is inviting comment and suggestions before September 20.

The programme is to be finalised and adopted by the Council before December 24 this year.

The plan is available for inspection on limerick.ie/council and physical copies of the draft five-year plan are available for public inspection weekdays between 9am and 5pm at the Council offices at Merchants Quay (Limerick City); County Hall (Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle), Aras Sean Finn, New Line Road, Rathkeale; Railway Road, Kilmallock; and Áras William Smith O’Brien, Gortboy (Newcastle West).
