LIMERICK locals are invited to take to the shores of Lough Derg this September as the annual Resonance Festival returns.

The two-day festival will be a celebration of music, innovation, and wellness, set amongst the picturesque scenery in the twin towns of Ballina and Killaloe.

As part of the festival, there will be innovative workshops, allowing people to dive into sessions on creativity, innovation, and environmental psychology, stories of the myths of the River Shannon, along with ukulele sessions and lakeside saunas which are sure to refresh the body and mind.

To complement the marine fun in the autumn sun, music will be supplied by none other than Gerry Fish.

This year’s Resonance Festival takes place on September 4 and 5, with early bird tickets for the event on sale now.

Steve Coakley, chair of Resonance, said that the event is more than a festival.

“Resonance is not just a festival, it’s an experience designed to ignite your imagination and create moments of human connection,” he said.

“Expect to be inspired by innovation, and leave with a renewed sense of wonder.”

Resonance Festival was founded in 2022 and is supported by Fáilte Ireland, IRDG Skillnet, and the Lakeside Hotel in Killaloe.
