A YOUNG Limerick woman who died following injuries sustained in a tragic car crash last month has been named locally.
Hannah Frawley (25), from Caherelly in Grange, County Limerick died on Sunday (August 11) at University Hospital Cork, where she was being treated for her injuries.
Hannah was the passenger of a car that was in a single-vehicle collision on the R503 at Drominboy, Lisnagry, County Limerick, on Tuesday July 30 last at approximately 8.40pm.
After being treated at the scene by paramedics, she was rushed to University Hospital Cork where she was cared for and treated until she died peacefully on August 11.
She is survived by her parents Ger and Liz and brother Luke.
She will repose at Thompson’s Funeral Home this Thursday (August 15) from 5pm to 6.30pm and a celebration of Hannah’s life will be held at St Michael’s Church, Denmark Street, on Friday (August 16) at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Caherelly Graveyard.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the crash.
