LIMERICK Celtics pair Madelyn Hartigan and Meabh Purtill are members of the Ireland squad that will compete at the European Girls Under-16 Championship in Konya, Turkey, next week (August 15 to 24).
Ireland have been drawn in Pool B, alongside hosts Turkey, Slovakia, Kosova, and Ukraine.
Across the summer, other Celtics players involved at international level were Ruairi Cronin and Phillip Kearney at Under-20 in Romania, and Lucy Devoy and Gandi Malou at Under-18 in Bulgaria.
