Limerick lady takes home top hat award from Galway Races

STYLISH Limerick Lady Eva Hayes Morrissey took home the Best Hat award from the Galway Races this past week.

The secondary school teacher with Castletroy College was crowned for her lavish red side-disc hat with gold embellishment trim designed by Irish milliner Cathriona King.

To top it all off, Eva took home the top prize of €3,000.

The Limerick lady is no stranger to fashion fame, having previously won Best Dressed Lady in 2016 at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby at the Curragh Racecourse.

She was joined on Ladies Day (August 1) in the winners circle by Best Dressed Lady winner Davinia Knight from Portarlington, County Laois, who won €10,000.
