NOT-for-profit housing body Clúid Housing revealed how many new homes the association provided in Limerick in 2023.

Last year, the housing association delivered 63 new homes across the county.

Nationally, it delivered 1,085 houses in 2023.

Brian O’Gorman, Clúid CEO, said “there is a huge unmet need in Ireland for one- and two-bed homes, which is why we are delighted to have delivered more than 600 of these homes in 2023”.

According to Clúid’s figures, 2,194 new people are now living in a Clúid home.
