A VIDEO of a bare-chested man being restrained and carried by armed Gardaí out of a residential area in Limerick was shared on social media leaving members of the public curious as to what had happened.
Two members of An Garda Síochána’s Armed Support Unit (ASU), along with three other unformed members of the force, followed by HSE paramedics, carried the half-naked man by his arms and legs out of the area.
