15 creative Limerick pupils were named winners of the Clonlara Development Association’s primary schools art competition.
Students from the junior infants class at Clonlara drew first prize for taking part in the anti-litter-themed competition.
Each of the winning students – Cian Mc Cormick, Anna O Reilly, James Moriarty, Olivia Ulej, Ciara Murray, Cian Griffin, Evan O Connor, Ella Symington, Evie Moloney, Danny Lynch, Ethan O Connor, Aoibh Griffin, Leah Begley, Sarah Boyce, and Lily Nulty – received art vouchers for taking home the gold.
The anti-litter message proved a boost for members of the Clonlara Development Association, who are now preparing for their third year in the Super Valu Tidy Towns competition.
