MUNSTER Champions Limerick have two players on The Sunday Game Hurling Team of the Year, announced following Clareโ€™s thrilling All-Ireland Final defeat of Cork at Croke Park.

The new winners of the Liam McCarthy Cup have six representatives on the side, including the panellistsโ€™ pick of Shane Oโ€™Donnell as Hurler of the Year.

Limerickโ€™s chosen pair are goalkeeper Nickie Quaid and defender Kyle Hayes.
