PROPERTY prices in Limerick have risen by over €11,000 this quarter, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.
Prices in Limerick are now at a median of €260,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house, an increase of €25,000 compared to this time last year.
Prices for a four-bedroom home in Limerick remained steady across quarter two this year, sitting at €320,000.
During this quarter, there were 369 homes across Limerick for sale, a 15 per cent increase.
The report’s author, Conall MacCoille, Bank of Ireland chief economist, said: “The clear message from the Q2 2024 MyHome.ie Property Price Report is that house prices have gained further momentum.
“Asking prices rose by five per cent in Q2 2024, up 7.3 per cent on the year, the highest figure since Q3 2022.”
