Limerick poets encouraged to submit works for Stony Thursday anthology

Limerick poets are encouraged to submit their work for the Stony Thursday anthology.

THE ARTS Office is calling on all poets across Limerick, Ireland, and beyond to contribute to this year’s Stony Thursday poetry anthology.

Now on its 46th edition, making it one of Ireland’s longest-running literary journals, Stony Thursday will be edited this year by poet, writer, and teacher Victoria Kennefick.

Ms Kennefick said she was “delighted and honoured to be appointed editor of this year’s Stony Thursday Poetry Book… I am so excited to read the submissions, so please send me your best work.”

Submissions for this year’s anthology are open until 5pm on July 22 and can be made on limerickarts.submit.com
