LIMERICK City and County Council announced the launch of two comprehensive surveys aimed at understanding and improving Limerick’s night time economy.

As part of its two-year Night Time Economy pilot programme, the local authority is inviting business owners, organisations, residents, visitors, and workers to share their insights and experiences.

Mayor of Limerick John Moran encouraged people to participate, saying, that “a thriving night time economy is essential for Limerick to be vibrant, dynamic, and safe, a desirable place to gather and socialise beyond traditional business hours. By listening to businesses, residents, and visitors, we can create an action plan that reflects the true needs and desires of the community.”
