Limerick-based tax advisory firm announce five new partnerships

A TAX advisory firm with offices in Limerick has announced that it has appointed five new partners, with a number assigned to the Treaty City branch.

BDO, a provider of audit, tax, advisory, and consultancy services made the announcement as part of its plans to extend its market presence across Ireland.

Áine McInerney, Eoghan Daly, Natalie Byrne, Chris Fogarty, and Cian O’Sullivan have become BDO’s newest partners, based at the company’s offices in Limerick, Cork and Dublin.

Áine McInerney will be based in the Limerick office, and will be a partner within the Audit Department, with over 20 years of experience in sectors including construction, manufacturing, and distribution.

Natalie Byrne will also be based in the Limerick office, taking up a role as tax partner, having amassed significant experience in tax compliance and advisory for both corporates and individuals since joining BDO in 2007.

Also based in the Treaty City office will be Chris Fogarty, who has been appointed as partner in the Audit and Advisory Department.

BDO says he has provided audit, financial reporting, and advisory services to clients in sectors such as healthcare, construction, and hospitality since joining the firm in 2011. His advisory experience includes internal audits, risk management, business reviews, and grant audits.

Brian McEnery, managing partner of BDO in Ireland, said that the appointments were an important part in achieving the company’s long term goals.
