University of Limerick honoured at National Education Awards

THE UNIVERSITY of Limerick was honoured with seven awards at the recent National Education Awards.

The Limerick institution won Best Marketing/Communications Team, Best Student Engagement and Communications, Best Erasmus Programme, Best Library Team, Best Internship Programme (Immersive Software Engineering programme), Best Student Accommodation, and the Overall Excellence Award.

UL Provost and Deputy President Shane Kilcommins said that the awards are “a testament to the commitment of our staff to the institution and its students.

“Each of these awards is a recognition of the quality, team-effort and dedication of staff in providing excellent service and facilities to our campus community.”
