County Limerick school to reopen under new name in September

Fedamore National School will reopen as Croí na Coille Community National School this September.

FEDAMORE National School will reopen under a new name this September.

The County Limerick school was saved from closing recently, and it has now been announced that it will reopen under the new name of Croí na Coille Community National School.

The school will also switch from a Catholic ethos to a multi-faith community national school, under the patronage of Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board (ETB).

Community National Schools are offered by ETBs nationwide.

The new school will being the number of community national schools in Ireland to 32.
