A LIMERICK charity has been awarded €5,000 from Ecclesiastical Insurance as the overall winner of its Health and Wellbeing special draw as part of its Movement for Good Awards.
Cliona’s Foundation was given the award from the insurance company and its parent company, the Benefact Group, for the work that the charity does in helping the parents of children with life-limiting or chronic complex care needs across Ireland.
Brendan Ring, CEO and co-founder of Cliona’s Foundation, said that “we are absolutely delighted to receive the news that we were on of the winning beneficiaries of this very generous initiative”.
