THE HOSPITAL Family Resource Centre is planning on running its Rainbows Programmes for children aged seven to 13 who have experienced loss.

Groups will take place from September 2024.

The programme is not a professional counselling service, but provides safe space for children of similar ages to share experiences if they wish.

A  parent information evening is being organised on Tuesday June 25 at 6pm in the centre.

It is expected that the next programme will be for children who have experienced loss due to separation.
