Building playgrounds in Limerick should be child’s play says Fine Gael candidate

AN increase in funding is needed to deliver more playgrounds that will benefit communities in Limerick, Fine Gael local election candidate for City West, Michael MacCurtain, has said.

Mr MacCurtain is calling for more funding from government to help Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) meet the cost of large-scale new playground projects and also to expand and upgrade existing playgrounds.
