THE popular Curraghchase Caravan and Camping Park will not be open to holidaymakers this summer season.
Confirmed by Coillte, the site is to remain closed across the summer season “to facilitate works which will improve the experience for visitors”.
According to the Coillte spokeswoman, “a procurement process will begin to establish a long-term operator of the site” later this year, with a view to a grand reopening at some point in 2025 “with enhanced amenities and services”.
