Majority of Irish people would turn down a new job if it didn’t offer hybrid working

AS MUCH as 60 per cent of people in Ireland would turn down a new job if it didn’t offer hybrid working opportunities.

That’s according to a new survey outlined in the 2024 Cpl Salary Guide for Ireland.

The survey questioned 670 people, six in 10 of which indicated that remote working options are a must for new job opportunities.

Just one in 10 of those surveyed believed that AI will have a negative impact on their job in the coming year, while almost half (49 per cent) said they were considering changing jobs in the next 12 months.
