A LIMERICK man is due to appear before the courts this morning in connection with a public order incident involving local election canvassers in the city last week.
A statement from An Garda Síochána this morning said that a man has been arrested in relation to a public order incident which occurred on Rushdale Drive, Clareview, in Limerick City on Sunday May 12.
According to Gardaí, the man, aged in his 30s, has been charged and is due to appear before Limerick District Court this Monday morning.
