Limerick can Glow at pilates studio

GLOW Pilates studio in Limerick.

GLOW Pilates studio in Limerick is set to expand from its original Oโ€™Callaghan Strand location in the city with the announcement of a second studio in the Ballysimon Road area.

The newest โ€˜Reformer Pilatesโ€™ space is situated in the AS Fitness building in the Eastway Business Park, housing a number of health, fitness, and wellness services, including JB Physiotherapy and The Hot Rooms yoga.

Studio owner, director, and senior teacher Leah Harte attributes her businessโ€™s success to Glowโ€™s client-centred approach, backed by an experienced team of teachers serving a warm community of clients.

Ms Harte says that โ€œas teachers, weโ€™re well attuned to the nuances of what it can mean and how it can feel to move our bodies in a safe space and the impact this can have on our overall wellbeingโ€.

Glow Pilates services include a wide range of Reformer Pilates groupย classes, one-on-one pilates, movement rehabilitation sessions, meditation and breathwork classes, physiotherapy, cancer rehab services, and more.
